Supermovers® helps through the emotional, organizational, and physical problems of downsizing, or 'rightsizing'. Being sensitive to the feelings of the senior is a necessary attribute of a good senior move manager. Lending emotional support and being empathetic is critically important to a successful transition. Listening to concerns or offering a hug can go along way to developing trust between the senior and the move manager.
